This privacy notice explains how the St.James Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Center website handles information and how to contact us with privacy questions.
Browsing, insurance search and chat
The website does not collect patient intake information or payments. Insurance searches and messages entered into the automated chat are processed in your browser. These features do not send your entries to the clinic or an AI provider, or save them for later visits. Please do not enter personal, insurance policy or medical details into the chat or insurance search.
Online appointments
Book an appointment through our Juvonno booking portal. When you follow that link, you leave this website. Information entered in the portal is handled through the clinic’s booking service. Review the privacy information and consent notices provided there before submitting personal or health information.
Technical information and external services
Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and page requests, to operate and protect the website. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts to this website.
The website loads Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. Google may receive technical information when these services load and may use cookies under its own privacy practices. Read Google’s privacy policy.
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other external websites open services with their own privacy practices. Please avoid sharing health information in public comments or social media messages.
Job applications
We use emailed résumés to consider applicants for employment. Résumés are kept on file until the end of the calendar year in which they are received and are then permanently deleted from our records. Please send only information relevant to your application and contact the clinic with recruitment privacy questions.
Patient information and your rights
For questions about the clinic’s handling of patient records, or to request access to or correction of your personal health information, call 2047865944 and ask for the person responsible for privacy. This notice covers website use and emailed job applications. The clinic handles patient records through a separate patient-information privacy process.
