Information about your health
Website content provides general information about the clinic and its services. It does not provide a diagnosis, individual medical advice, a treatment plan or clearance to return to activity. Using the website or chat does not create a therapist–patient relationship. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Appointments
Appointments are arranged through Juvonno or by calling 2047865944. The chat can share booking links but cannot book, change or cancel an appointment. Follow the booking service’s confirmation process, or contact the clinic to confirm your appointment.
Same-day appointments and walk-ins are offered starting October 1, 2026, subject to practitioner availability. Call to check availability before travelling.
Fees, insurance and cancellations
See our fee schedule for current prices. Contact the clinic for cancellation terms. An insurer’s appearance in our directory does not guarantee coverage, direct billing eligibility or claim approval. Confirm your benefits with your insurer and billing arrangements with the clinic. Treatment outcomes vary with individual circumstances.

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misuse its content. Do not submit personal or medical information through the chat. The clinic’s branding and website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Contact us about permissions where required by law.
